Hand Sanitizer
Ever been pumping your gas and rubbed your hand along the pump and been greeted by a nice sticky mess? Yeah, that’s me just about every time I pump my gas. Between that and all the other possible messes, I don’t see how anyone can not carry hand sanitizer with them.
Tire Pressure Gauge
Now-a-days, most cars tell you when your tire pressure is even slightly below normal. But those number aren’t always right. When in doubt, pull out your tire pressure gauge, especially if you car does not have tire pressure sensors, you should always have one of these bad boys with you.
Napkins
I love Starbucks, and I love to drink my Starbucks on the way to work. More times than not, I spill. Whether it’s a $4 cup of coffee or water from my own refrigerator, I always spill. Napkins are imperative.
Coins
I can’t lie… Some days, I go through the Sonic Drive Thru just to get a medium water with lime and extra ice. Some may call me a Sonic-holic, but it is what it is. Most days, it costs me a whopping 47 cents, and I absolutely hate using a dollar bill to pay for it.
Deodorant
Laugh all you want, but how many times have you left the house and realized you forgot to put deodorant on? Maybe not every day, or even every week, but all it takes is one time to be super grossed out. I always grab the little travel size one and stick it in my middle console- problem solved!

Napkins are an absolute must! I'm so clumsy and always making a mess. I keep a stash in my glove compartment. I also always have floss, which sounds weird but I need it before going into a meeting or after dinner!
Coins are a must have! I always need some for the parking meter (and for Diet Cokes at McDonalds haha)

I keep chapstick in my car, but it's so hot where I live that from April-October I can't keep anything in my car that might melt! I need to remember to have a stack of napkins in my console!

I live in Washington, D.C. so having a car isn't super practical. I sure do miss my car at home, though!

Napkins and hand sanitizer are MUSTS for me. I don't know what I'd do without them, especially as a nanny!

I completely agree about the napkins! Spills happen all the time and it's good to be prepared. As weird as it sounds, I always have a hairbrush, too.

Yes yes yes to hand sanitizer and napkins! There are so many times when I get in the car after shopping or just being out in a public place and am so thankful for my hand sanitizer! And napkins also come in handy when you need a tissue in the car!

I do the same thing with my deodorant and I swore I was the only one! I've definitely had people judge me a time or two but hey, it's an easy way to feel fresh throughout the day.
