When we are traveling, especially during the summer, I am always so conscious of the amount of fluid I intake, and I know it isn’t always where it should be, not to mention, air-travel takes a lot out of you! Keeping hydrated has to be at the front of my mind, from the minute I take off on my adventure and vitaminwater makes keeping hydrated throughout the summer (and all year long) super easy, and so delicious.
Here are a few of my fav ways to stay hydrated while traveling!
1. Keep your skin moisturized, the last thing you need while traveling is dried out skin! Always keep chap stick, moisturizer, and lotion in your carry on, just to be safe! I love tossing my favorite moisturizer and a cute chap stick in an adorable makeup bag or carrying case and taking it with me while traveling!
2. Plan a few indoor activities! Summer is prime sunshine time, but it is important to give your skin (and body) a rest and enjoy some indoor activities. Whether you’re surfing in Maui or hiking in Oregon, you can take some time out and enjoy a massage indoors or sit for a long meal to get out of the sun! Remember to take a bottle of your favorite flavor of vitaminwater with you on your indoor activities!
