If you’ve been following along for a while, you know I am a major baseball fan. So big, that the boyfriend and I have made it our goal to visit every ballpark in the country in the next few years. A major part of why we chose San Francisco for our recent vacation was so we could not only see a fabulous city, but knock two more ballparks off of #TourOfTheBallparks list.
If you haven’t checked them out before, you can read all about our trips to Boston, Kansas City, St. Louis, and Houston!
After landing in San Fran early in the week, and doing some sightseeing for a few days, we headed to AT&T park to watch a Giants game! Now, I am definitely not a Giants fan, but it’s all in a good days work.
We had great seats, right behind the dugout! And in perfect view of the awesome coke bottle slide and giant glove (pictured above).
This little snack may have been my favorite part of the ballpark… There were tons and tons of food options at AT&T park, be seeing as how we had just eaten lunch, we weren’t in the mood for anything heavy. But after hearing some ladies talk about the “popcorn crack” we knew we had to get some… And that we did, and I must say, it was definitely popcorn crack! If you’re ever visiting AT&T Park, this is a must try!
AT&T Park sits literally right on the water. It was so cool to look over, from inside the ballpark and be able to see the bay right there. Despite being total anti-Giants fans, we had a great time at the ballpark.
Next stop… Oakland!
After taking countless Ubers, Thomas and I decided we would take the ferry from San Francisco to Oakland. Definitely not something we could do in Dallas!
It was absolutely freezing in Oakland and Thomas and I definitely were not dressed for temps in the 50’s! And having a ballpark in the same place where football games are played was a little weird, but we enjoyed our time there.
We loved the time we were able to spend at both AT&T Park and O.co Coliseum! And we can’t wait for our next ballpark trip in August!
Where are you headed for vacation this summer?

OKAY I WAS BORN AND RAISED ON THE GIANTS SO SEEING AS THIS IS MY FIRST TIME SEEING THIS SERIES OF POSTS FROM YOU I WAS AMAZED IT FEATURED AT&T. Okay okay let me calm down…I'll ignore the fact that you're anti-giant and appreciate the fact that you liked AT&T and got to visit! I love our park and we're so lucky to have such a beautiful one, I'm glad you were able to see the bay! I can't wait to see more posts like this being a fellow baseball fan myself 🙂

I'm gunna pretend I'm not upset by the fact that you're not a Giants fan and are breaking my black and orange heart….but AT&T park is like my second home it's literally the best. Even if you don't appreciate the Giants I'm glad you went to a game there and had the experience!

It looks like y'all had a blast. I'm from STL so naturally I'm a Cardinals fan and it kills me that I may not be able to go to a game this season.

Hahah Meagan, I'm a diehard Rangers fan… So, it's be sacrilegious to like the Giants. But YES! I LOVED AT&T Park, it was gorgeous, the food was fabulous, and the views were incredible!
Hahah, its the die hard rangers fan in me that doesn't allow me to like the Giants! But we absolutely loved the park. It's easily our second favorite, there was just so much to do and see there!
We went to St. Louis a few years ago, and loved it! Not a Cards fan, for obvious reasons (GO RANGERS!) but we loved the ballpark, and how it sits right on the Arch! So cool!
Hurrah! Finally I got a web site from where I can in fact get useful facts regarding my study and
