To say this week has been crazy is a serious understatement. I haven’t even touched my computer since Tuesday, when I initially sat down to try and write this post.
This past weekend my friend Brittany and her boyfriend Brad invited us to try a spot they love! Dani Rae’s Gulf Coast Kitchen, in Denton! We peeked at the menu, saw the all day happy hour and we were in!
As always, we started off with a few drinks. Thomas had a Deep Blue Sea Cocktail and I had the Cowgirl Margarita. Both were delicious, and exactly what we needed on our first sunny Sunday in months!
We decided to share the coconut shrimp and chicken & sausage gumbo. Both dishes were good!
I’m so happy these two invited us out for a fun afternoon paired with some delicious food!
